For three decades, the Dulalia family has been a pillar in the real estate industry north of Metro Manila. At the helm is Florentino S. Dulalia Jr., Chairman of the Dulalia Group of Companies and a highly respected figure in the Philippine real estate sector.
Founded on September 27, 1978, F.S. Dulalia Realty started as a real estate service provider, general brokerage and consultancy. Over the years, it expanded its services to include project development, establishing a development and construction company under the Dulalia Homes Group of Companies. It also set up a marketing company – F.S. Dulalia Realty Inc.
Under his leadership, Dulalia Homes, a collection of projects marketed by F.S. Dulalia Realty Inc. (FSDRI), has grown into a trusted name, known for quality, innovation, and commitment to the communities it serves.
With a portfolio that spans from residential communities to mixed-use properties, the Dulalia Homes Group has left an indelible mark on the landscape of northern Metro Manila and beyond.

Florentino S. Dulalia Jr.
The success of the Dulalia Group is largely attributed to the visionary leadership of Florentino S. Dulalia Jr. A Certified Real Estate Broker, Florentino topped the Real Estate Brokers Exam, setting the tone for his career in real estate. He later became a Professional Real Estate Consultant, ranking third in the Real Estate Consultant Licensure Exam. His expertise and dedication have earned him numerous accolades, including being named the 2015 Outstanding Professional for Real Estate Service by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC). He was also a nominee for the 2015 Nubla Excellence Award, an honor that places him among the top five professionals across 46 regulated fields in the Philippines.
Florentino’s influence extends beyond the local real estate scene. He made history as the first Filipino to serve as the World President of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI) during the challenging years of the COVID-19 pandemic. Under his leadership from 2020 to 2021, FIABCI adapted to global changes, continuing to foster international real estate collaboration and innovation despite the uncertainties of the pandemic.
